250 gr (1 su bardagi) tuzsuz tereyagi
1/2 su bardagi siviyag
1/3 su bardagi nisasta
2/3 su bardagi pudra sekeri
1 paket vanilya
3.5 su bardagi un
- Oda sicakligindaki tereyagini diger siviyag ile catal kullanarak krem haline getirin. Ben tereyagi bir gece evvelinden buz dolabindan cikarttim. Ertesi gun iyice yumusamisti ve kolaylikla catalla ezebildim.
- Nisasta, pudra sekeri ve vanilyayi ilave edip catalla karistirin
- Unu yavas yavas ilave edin. Hamurunuz cabuk kirilacak gibi oluyor ama dikkatle toplayin ve 10 dakika dinlendirin
- Hamuru 6 esit parcaya bolun ve elinizle seritler yapin. Seritleri biraz bastirin. 2 cm kalinliginda olsun
- Her serit 5 kurabiye cikacak sekilde kesin ve tepsiye yerlestirin
- Uzerlerini catal ile isterdiginiz sekilde dekor edin. Ben delikler yaptim. Cizikler de olabilir
- Firini 170 dereceye isitin ve kenarlari biraz kizarmaya baslarken firindan cikartin. Benim firinim da 20 dakika da pisti.
- Sogudukdan sonra uzerlerine pudra sekeri serpistirin
- 30 tane cikiyor
